Privacy, in plain words

EScodex is a small studio, and we treat your details the way we'd want ours treated. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Who we are

EScodex is the trade name of Eduard Spahija B.I., a sole proprietorship registered in Kosovo (NUI 812445931) and based in Prishtina. For anything about your data, write to info@escodex.tech.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company (if you add it), the type of project, your budget range (if you pick one) and your message. We don't use analytics, ad trackers or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To read your message and reply to you about your project. That's it. We don't sell it, rent it or add you to a newsletter.

Where it goes

When you send the form, your message reaches our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service, and we read and answer it in our email (Gmail). The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process the data only to run their service and keep it secure.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're talking about your project, and after that only as long as we need it for our records, for example if we work together and issue an invoice. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we have about you, to correct it or to delete it. Just email info@escodex.tech and we'll answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you think we got something wrong, you can also contact Kosovo's Information and Privacy Agency.

The small technical things

Your browser remembers one setting, the language you chose, so the site opens in it next time. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page opens. Our hosting keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the site running and safe. To stop spam, the form counts messages from the same IP address for a few minutes; that count lives only in memory and is never stored.
